ACA Membership Renewal Online

ACA Membership is for twelve months from the time of your renewal. Members are encouraged to renew online using our new Membership Management System, Wild Apricot. 

If you have not yet used signed into the system, you will be prompted to sign in using a unique email address and you will be prompted to reset your password.  You can then update your member profile and ensure that your details and information is up to date.  You can then continue to pay online using Visa, Mastercard or your Visa Debit card. 

You can also complete your renewal online and forward a cheque payable to the Association of Canadian Archivists.

Individual Members

If you are not able to access the online membership renewal system, you can download an Individual member renewal form here and submit to the ACA Office at aca@archivists.ca.

Institutional Members

Institutional members are invited to renew their membership using this renewal form.

Please Note: To complete the form, you must export to a .pdf program and/or download and open using a .pdf software like Adobe. Once downloaded, you will see the drop down options and lists.
